Stripping wallpaper is NO fun and if I had my way the damn stuff would be out-lawed. Anyway the job's just about done. We found some nifty rubber, puzzle-piece floor mats and gave the room a nice new paint job. We decided to go with a fairly neutral color that would both hide dirt AND make the colorful stuff we plan to hang up, POP off the walls. All in all it didn't go too badly considering those walls are around 120 years old! That's Ivy and her pal Sloane in the bottom pic.
