Willy McKinley

Meg had last Wednesday off so you KNOW what that means! Another trip to some odd child friendly destination of questionable entertainment value. This week it's the William McKinley Presidential Library & Museum. Please, I understand your excitement, but try to control yourself while I continue.
That's better.
The McKinley museum is a varied mishmash of Natural History / Science exhibits and installations depicting life in the Gay 90's. Keyword: Gay. As interesting as that sounds, it's far more interesting watching Ivy toddle her way through the place. Looking at this, picking up that, she's really starting to become her own little person. And watching that is pretty fun. She's just started to discover her eyebrows and she's pulling off some really cute expressions these days. Not that you'll see any of these in the following pics. I think she likes having her picture taken about as much as her Mom.
Anyway, on with the show...

Stoic, even in the jaws of the beast. (This actually ended up kind of scaring her so enjoy it you sick bastards!)

Sifting for arrow-heads with Mom. Much more fun than being fed to a fossil.

Stare down contest. Victory assured!

Baby's first squirrel pelt. Strange, but true!

Baby's first rocks. No, not really.

Tastes like chicken.

When Ivy ruled the earth... not just our lives.
